Operation is subject to the following<br \/>\ntwo conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must<br \/>\naccept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.<br \/>\nNote: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B<br \/>\ndigital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide<br \/>\nreasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment<br \/>\ngenerates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in<br \/>\naccordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.<br \/>\nHowever, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If<br \/>\nthis equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can<br \/>\nbe determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct<br \/>\nthe interference by one or more of the following measures:<br \/>\n– Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.<br \/>\n– Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.<br \/>\n– Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the<br \/>\nreceiver is connected.<br \/>\n– Consult the dealer or an experienced radio\/TV technician for help.<br \/>\nThis equipment complies with FCC RF radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled<br \/>\nenvironment. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:<br \/>\n1. this device may not cause interference, and<br \/>\n2. this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired<br \/>\noperation of the device.<br \/>\nRadio apparatus containing digital circuitry which can function separately from the<br \/>\noperation of a transmitter or an associated transmitter, shall comply with ICES-003. In<br \/>\nsuch cases, the labelling requirements of the applicable RSS apply, rather than the labelling<br \/>\nrequirements in ICES-003.<br \/>\nWarning:<br \/>\nThis Class B digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003.<br \/>\nThe device has been tested and compliance with SAR limits, users can obtain Canadian<br \/>\ninformation on RF exposure and compliance.<br \/>\nNOISE REDUCTION RATING (NRR)<br \/>\nThe Environmental Protection Agency (ERA) has selected the Noise Reduction Rating (NRR)<br \/>\nas the measure of a hearing protector\u2019s noise-reducing capabilities. 3M makes no warranties<br \/>\nas to the suitability of the NRR as a measure of actual protection from any noise level<br \/>\nsince such protection depends on the sound level (loudness), how long you listen to the loud<br \/>\nsound and how well you fit the earmuff over your ears. Although hearing protectors can be<br \/>\nrecommended for protection against harmful effects of impulse noise, the NRR is based on<br \/>\nthe attenuation of continuous noise and may not be an accurate indicator of the protection<br \/>\nattainable against impulse noise such as gunfire.<br \/>\nWhen worn according to the User Instructions, this hearing protector helps reduce exposure<br \/>\nto both continuous noises, such as industrial noises and noises from vehicles and aircraft, as<br \/>\nwell as very loud impulse noises, such as gunfire. It is difficult to predict the required and\/or<br \/>\nactual hearing protection obtained during exposure to impulse noises. For gunfire, the weapon<br \/>\ntype, number of rounds fired, proper selection, fit and use of hearing protection, proper<br \/>\ncare of hearing protection, and other variables will impact performance. If your hearing<br \/>\nseems dulled or you hear a ringing or buzzing during or after any noise exposure (including<br \/>\ngunfire), or for any other reason you suspect a hearing problem, your hearing may be at risk.<br \/>\nTo learn more about hearing protection for impulse noise, visit www.SMcom\/hearing.<br \/>\nThe NRR may overestimate the hearing protection<br \/>\nprovided during typical use due to variation in fit,<br \/>\nfitting skill and motivation of the user. 3M recommends<br \/>\nthe NRR be reduced by 50% or in accordance<br \/>\nwith applicable regulations, for estimating<br \/>\nthe amount of noise reduction provided.<br \/>\nThe NRR for the WorkTunes\u2122 Connect Wireless<br \/>\nHearing Protector is 24 dB(A). Improper fit of this<br \/>\ndevice will reduce its effectiveness in attenuating<br \/>\nnoise.
