Failure to follow the installation and operating
instructions presents a risk of serious injury or
death.
• FOR INDOOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY
on a flat and level floor surface.
• Adult supervision is required at all times.
Adult supervision should be either from
inside the Air Fort or outside at the viewing
window.
• Age range of users: 3 to 14 years ·
• Maximum number of users: 3 to 5
• DO NOT use this product or locate the fan
or power cord near water, open flames,
potential falling objects or in indoor areas
where vehicles frequent, such as garages.
• DO NOT place or throw objects of any
kind on this product at any time.
• DO NOT run in or around this product.
• DO NOT inflate or use within 4 feet of any
objects.
.• DO NOT jump on this product.

Keep the bottom edge all around the Air
Fort free from obstruction at all times.
DO NOT allow rough play such as running
or somersaults.
DO NOT attach any items to this product,
such as, but not limited to, jump ropes,
clotheslines, pet leashes, cables or chains,
as they have the potential to cause
strangulation.
DO NOT consume food or drink inside this
product.
DO NOT allow users to wear clothing with
hard, sharp, or dangerous components.
DO NOT allow users to play with sharp
objects in or around this product.
DO NOT allow pets in or on the Air Fort.
In case of a power outage or sudden
deflation of the Air Fort, exit the Air Fort.
DO NOT use until Air Fort is re-inflated.
If Air Fort becomes torn or damaged,
discontinue use of the product and contact
us.
Use ONLY a GFCI protected electrical
outlet to plug the fan electrical cord
into.

• Use ONLY a 20″ household box fan or
18″ tabletop round fan that is certified
by a recognized electrical testing
laboratory, is child resistant and stable, .
and has an electrical cord that is
protected.
• ALWAYS secure this product to the fan
per the instructions.
• DO NOT use a gasoline powered fan
or blower to inflate this product.
• DO NOT use an extension cord with
the fan.
• DO NOT allow any part of the electrical
cord to be inside the inflated product.
• DO NOT allow foreign matter to be
blown into the air tunnel.
• DO NOT allow children near the fan. ·
NOTE: Remove all packaging materials prior
to use. DO NOT allow children to play with
packaging. The storage bag is NOT a toy. DO
NOT allow children to play with it.

Assembly and inflation instructions
1.Completely open and lay out the Air Fort as
shown in Figure 1, with warning label facing
up, in the location where it will be used,
observing all the warnings above regarding
this location.

2.Stretch out the fan shroud and read the
warnings on the fan shroud.
3.Make sure the fan is. NOT plugged into an
electrical outlet.
4.Locate the four 1″ looped squares with
adhesive backin as shown in Figure 2.

following pages for the type of fan used
· for inflati.on.

For assembly using a 20-inch Box Fan
1.Remove backing from the adhesive on each
looped square and place them on the four corners
of the fan as shown in Figures 3a and 3b.

2.Attach the two white straps to the two looped
squares on the top corners of the fan as shown jn
Figure 4.

3.Attach the two black straps to the two looped
squares on the bottom corners of the fan as
shown in Figure 5.

For assembly using an 18-inch tabletop Round
Fan
1.Remove backing from the adhesive on each
looped square and place them on both sides of
the fan in the locations shown in Figures 6a and
6b.

2.Attach the two white straps to the two
looped squares on the sides of the fan motor
housing as shown in Figures ?a and 7b.

3.Attach the two black straps to the looped
squares on the sides of the fan base as
shown in Figure 8.

Inflation
1.Plug fan into an electrical outlet.
2. Turn the fan on to any setting to inflate. Your
Air Fort will inflate faster on the highest setting.
3.Fan must remain on for your Air Fort to stay
inflated.
4.lnflation may take up to 30 se·conds depending
on the type of fan and the speed setting.
5.Once inflated, you may be able to lower the fan
speed setting to maintain inflation.
6.To enter and exit your Air Fort, lift bottom edge
anywhere around the product. The Air Fort will
temporarily deflate, but will re- inflate once the
edge is returned to the floor as shown in Figure 9.

Deflation and disassembly
When finished using your Air Fort have all
occupants exit the fort. ONLY THEN turn off the
fan and unplug it from the electrical outlet.
Remove the four straps from the fan and store
your Air Fort in the provided drawstring storage
bag.
Maintenance and Care
Proper maintenance of the Air Fort will ensure the
safety of the users as well as longevity of the
product.
~ en not in use, store the Air Fort in the provided
drawstring storage bag and keep in a cool, dry
place.
To clean: wipe with warm water and a soft cloth. If
use of soap is needed, use a non-flammable, nontoxic
cleaning and sanitizing solution such as
Simple Green All-Purpose Industrial Cleaner®.
